What do you pay today?
Most associations stitch together six or seven tools that OrgHQ replaces with
one — including basic financial record-keeping and treasurer's reports, so you can drop the
separate bookkeeping subscription too. Typical monthly prices are pre-filled; adjust to yours.
Not every tool has a monthly price tag — the bigger cost is
the volunteer hours spent moving data between them. OrgHQ keeps members, events, payments, newsletters, CE,
board files, and the books in one place, so there's nothing to reconcile between systems.

Free concierge migration
Switching from Wild Apricot, AMO, Join It, or a spreadsheet? Exports from those
systems import in one step — and your bank or Xero transaction CSV imports straight into the treasurer's
ledger. Or skip even that: send us your current exports and we'll hand back a
populated workspace, usually within two business days. Free, no commitment — it's your trial workspace,
already moved in.
Online payments
When members pay you online (event registrations, dues), a
3% platform fee applies on top of Stripe's standard processing fee. Money is deposited
directly to your organization's bank account — OrgHQ never holds your funds. The exact fee is shown in
your admin before you connect payments.
